managing director, Anwar Shabudien. This is a man who has been in the
engineering industry for over 29 years. At the helm of Shabanwa
Engineering, his ability to manage projects effectively and ensure good
teamwork has been the recipe for his success.
But a good foundation for any company is more than a single individual.
Here, Shabanwa is no different. Under the leadership of Anwar Shabudien
Shabanwa Engineering has ensured that it develops the great team of
dedicated and skilled staff.
During the past two and a half decades the individuals comprising the team
has worked on almost every major engineering project in South Africa
covering a range of fields. From fabrication to installation and erection, and
from boiler making to coded welding. Shabanwa has garnered its
